Due to the sensitive nature of International Trade and Arms Regulations and the increased testing and quality assurance requirements inherent in military and defense industry contracting. Formica Industries is in the process of standing up and migrating its Defense Logistics Agency and Defense Application products and services to Formica Defense LLC (CAGE: 9MCY1) This enterprise has been created in order to better compartmentalize, expand the operations of, and support this critical piece of our nation's defense infrastructure.

Ownership of both Formica Industries and Formica Defense remains the same and all contracts awarded under Formica Industries (CAGE: 87SW0) remain supported. This new CAGE is now completely dedicated to supporting the Warfighter and the Defense Logistics Agency.

A History of Service

Formica's founder and President served nearly eight years in the United States Army and was medically retired after serving in an infantry and special operations capacity. Both companies are 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and since 2021 Formica has supported the Warfighter by supplying nearly 30 different NSNs to the Defense Logistics Agency. We love to continue to support and supply our brothers and sisters in arms and understand the criticality of supplying quality products. The creation of Formica Defense is a launch point for continuing to leverage our unique skills to better support our Nation's Defense strategy and we look forward to many years of growth and continued partnership.
